For the new kid in the kitchen…

About me

Despite the endless hours I spend salivating over the end results produced on cooking shows, I am in no way what you would call a “seasoned chef”. Rather, I am a kitchen newbie who is fed-up with the drab pb&j and instant boxed macaroni and cheese. With a little bit of practice, and lots of creative recipes, join me in my attempt to master some tasty creations.

Now this is what I call a useful blog. Clearly you are more of a wiz in the kitchen than you give yourself credit. However, can’t help but notice things do get a tad messy ;/
